We had a lovely night last Tuesday night at the n8Yoga Restorative Yoga class. Not only was there beautiful restorative Yoga, there was also some beautiful, nourishing food!

We have been practicing Meditation in the Momentum class and last night we discussed some tools that may help maintain a practice over the holidays.
