It's fair to say that I am not a huge fan of the cold weather. I was born in Queensland and my mum always says it was in the middle of a heat wave and that she doesn’t know how I survived as a baby in such heat. I like this. It explains why I do love the heat so much and struggle in the cold (well that’s my excuse anyway).

Our Autumn Mindful Yoga Day is only a few weeks away.

Take advantage of this beautiful opportunity to nurture yourself. Our last one book out quite quickly, so don't think too long about it.

I am so excited to be to finally give you these details. Janet Lowndes and I are very excited to be leading this retreat in tropical Far North Queensland. The Sanctuary Retreat Centre, set on 50 acres of lush tropical rainforest, overlooks the Coral Sea at Mission Beach and has its own secluded beach. A gorgeous place and time to escape the Victorian winter and a chance to rejuvenate your heart and mind.

How time flies. Our Summer Mindful Yoga Day is almost upon us. And it is the perfect opportunity, now that the holidays are over, to take some time out for you. Let's face it, the holidays aren't always 'holidays' are they? So come along and give yourself a 'mini-break'.
