The beautiful Atisha Centre Gompa
Namaste.
Without a doubt, Janet and I have the most amazing job in the world.
Spending the day practicing Yoga with such an extraordinary group of people is such a treat and honour.
But these days are not just about Janet and I teaching Yoga to the participants, it is a two way street. Everytime I teach, I am imbued with the amazing qualities of those who come to be taught. This latest Yoga day was no different, and in fact was probably an even greater example of shared compassion and love for all. We had a terrific discussion on karma that I felt opened everyone up to the choices they have to practice mindfully and lovingly in every aspect of their lives.

"It was a treat and a delight to join you on Saturday and learn from both you and Janet - she is gorgeous and brings with her, her own set of qualities and knowledge that I loved." -- MS
"I absolutely loved the day and felt even more blessed that I have found yoga and [my teacher] which then lead me to you and Janet." -- KW
"It was a wonderful day and both you and Janet are so generous with your time, experience and knowledge. It was a joy to spend the day with both of you and all of the other participants." -- JG
"Just wanted to say huge thankyou for yesterday, I really got a lot out of the day, a good start to the year ahead. It has cleared my head, prompted change and so much more. I enjoyed all sessions so thank you again and please pass this on to Janet, she is amazing, a breath of fresh air." -- KO
A huge, thank you from my heart to everyone: Janet, each participant, Natalie for her terrific photos and Atisha Centre.
With Love.
