This Mindful Yoga Day is an offering to yourself, an offering of nurturing, relaxation, and deep rest. Nourishing yourself in this way allows you to let go of any stored tension or emotional stress, filling yourself up with positive energy which can then be shared with those around you.
We really hope you can make it, it will be a great opportunity for you to devote some time to yourself.

The morning will consist of Meditation, Pranayama (breathing) and Asana (postures), followed by lunch and a tour of Atisha Centre
, including the Great Stupa
and TSL Monastery
, then the afternoon session will include Restorative Yoga (yum!) and relaxation. There will also be some philosophy thrown in somewhere. Morning tea and a vegetarian lunch is included.
Regardless of whether you are a new student or an advanced student, the day will be a great opportunity for you to deepen your practice and increase your knowledge of Yoga.
Booking Process (this is very important and has changed)
- ALL bookings must be made by emailing me: firstname.lastname@example.org (please note that Atisha Centre will NOT be taking bookings for this day).
- Once I have received your email I will send you a registration email and our banking details so you can make a direct deposit into our account. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your registration email and payment.
- Bookings close on August 8th.
A refund, less a 10% admin fee, will be given if you cancel and your place can be filled from our waitlist. If your place cannot be filled from our waitlist no refund is available.
The previous Yoga days we have held have booked out quite quickly so I would suggest you book in and pay as soon as possible.
