I first met Val in March 2013 when she started classes at YogaHara. As you will read below, Val had been practicing for many years before she arrived in my class. Over the years she has explored a few different classes. But like me she has a very special place in her heart for her first yoga teacher. Val has a beautiful energy and with her bright smile she is a joy to have in class.

I first met Nikki in January 2015 when she started classes at YogaHara. As you will read below, Nikki had been practicing for many years before she arrived in my class. Over the years she has explored a few different classes and has currently found her place in the Integrated class, where she can share her wisdom and deepening understanding of this ancient practice.

I was so happy I got to spend the day in practice with my teacher Paul Wooden a couple of weeks ago. He is not very often in Australia these days so I grab any opportunity I can to practice with him. He has a beautiful way of reminding me about Grace and inviting me to feel into it more deeply.

This nourishing curry is fantastic on a winter's night. Super easy and perfect for the cold weather. Even my meat eaters love it.
