These days of Mindful Yoga are a chance to really honour yourself. To look after yourself, to nurture yourself and to spend some time deeply relaxing and resting. Nourishing yourself in this way allows you to let go of any stored tension or emotional stress, filling yourself up with positive energy which can then be shared with those around you.
The morning will consist of Asana (postures), Meditation and Pranayama (breathing), followed by the lunch break where you will have time to explore Atisha Centre, the Great Stupa and TSL Monastery, then the afternoon session will include Restorative Yoga (yum!) and relaxation. There will also be some philosophy thrown in somewhere. Morning tea and a vegetarian lunch is included.
Regardless of whether you are a new student or an advanced student, the day will be a great opportunity for you to deepen your practice and increase your knowledge of Yoga.
Our previous Yoga days have have booked out quite quickly so I would suggest you book in and pay as soon as possible.
