Living Your Sankalpa (Intention)
The start of the year is often the time we set intentions or resolutions for how we want our life to be for the coming year. This 5 day Early Morning Intensive with Gina Macauley will focus on setting and living your Sankalpa or intention, and will help you to get a great start to your year by having a clear intention.
It will also be an opportunity to consolidate your practice and to get a taste of practicing every day. When we begin practicing yoga everyday, we begin to notice how our body and mind changes and the very tangible benefits of practicing yoga.
This early morning intensive, practicing for 5 mornings in a row, will get you well and truely on the path to a home practice, and may even change your life.
Plus it is just a totally fantastic way to start your day! You will leave bright and motivated to rock the rest of your day.
We will start each morning with an intention setting meditation and a short talk, followed by general level asana, pranayama and relaxation.
