Drum Up Wellness with Peta Minter

Positive Music drumming.jpg

Bookings for this workshop have closed

Peta offered this terrific workshop at YogaHara last year for women, and we had such a great response (and requests from men) that she will be offering it again this year at YogaHara for everyone, women and men.

During the workshop you will explore rhythm, harmony and mindfulness through the power of group drumming, chanting and movement, a therapeutic and holistic workshop.

Drum Up Wellness, is a fun and liberating way to nurture self-esteem, increase happiness and uplift mind, body and spirit.

Drumming for wellness is about the pleasure and healing power of making-music and positive transformation to bring our lives back into balance and restore mental and emotional good health.

Peta Minter's approach to wellbeing is one of nurture, care and support through making-music together. By using healing drumming, meditation and mindfulness we create a safe space where we can be authentic, let go, feel alive and share inspirational positive human connections.

No musical or drumming experience necessary (thank goodness).

I attended this last year and it was the first time I had ever done any drumming like this - it was so fantastic, liberating. I felt empowered and was surprised by how easy it was. I'd highly recommend it.
