These weekly guided meditations run for six consecutive weeks and are introduced to participants in an accessible and practical format that is easy to follow.
Each class has a theme and consists of a guided meditation and a debriefing in the group. The weekly themes include: Presence of mind, non-judgemental attitude, curiosity, kindness and compassion, acceptance, and letting go.
The classes are suitable for anyone who wishes to develop their meditation skills, deepen their own practice and be supported by a group that explores together the various experiences that arise.
The classes build on the mind-body concepts and techniques covered at the Learn Mindfulness Meditation workshop, and although beneficial, prior participation in the workshop is not required.
Note: If you suffer from an acute stage of mental illness we advise you to seek guidance from an experienced mental health professional prior to participating in these sessions.
Nina Hakamies, our trained mindfulness teacher, will be facilitating the course. Everyone is welcome, there are no prerequisites.

What to bring
This is not a yoga class, but please wear comfortable clothes that allow your body to be relaxed and your breath to flow freely.
