Being a Sensational Being with Nikki Knighton

Being a Sensational Being requires you to be aware of how you process sensory information.

Everyone has a unique pattern of responding to sensory information.

Your individual sensory profile reflects your needs and limits for sensory input from the environment and your body, and makes a significant contribution to your sense of identity and wellbeing.

This workshop introduces the skills and strategies of Sensory Modulation – using sensory input to change how you feel. These concepts can be applied to everyday life including helping you focus for work, calm for sleep, and adjust the intensity of emotions and intense sensations.

There will be opportunities for practical experience and application of strategies for deeper understanding of your Self and others.
