Introducing Mudras to Group Yoga Classes

Join Gina Macauley for this Mudra Mentoring Group

Mudras, which are often used in conjunction with pranayama and asana, are a terrific way to deepen our attention to our practice and can enhance the flow of prana, our vital life force.
This mentoring group will introduce some simple mudras that can help to enhance our focus on our breath and will prepare you to introduce them to a group class.

This is a mentoring group and is aimed at new teachers, or teachers who are not familiar with mudras or using them in group classes.
