Join Gina Macauley for this Pranayama Mentoring Group

Pranayama is one of yoga’s greatest gifts. It is a fantastic way to energise or calm our body and mind and can be done as stand-alone practices, as part of an asana practice, as a meditation or in just about any circumstance in your everyday life (we are always breathing after all). They enhance the flow of prana, our vital life force, thus help with our general health and wellbeing.

This mentoring group will introduce some simple pranayama practices that can help to enhance our focus on our breath and will prepare you to introduce them to a group class.

This is a mentoring group and is aimed at new teachers, or teachers who are not familiar with pranayama or using it in group classes.
