Integrating Form, Feeling and Freedom with Paul Wooden

I am super excited to have my teacher Paul Wooden back in Bendigo for a one day workshop coming up THIS WEEK. Yep, very short notice but I would highly recommend making it work.

This workshop will explore how we integrate form, feeling and freedom.

During the morning session, through asana practice, we will explore ways to inhabit the body, find ground and align with life.

In the afternoon session we will explore how cultivating a relationship with pranayama is cultivating a relationship with the living current of life itself. It is a profoundly intimate affair. Prana is accessed through feeling and the practice of pranayama expands our capacity for feeling. The responsiveness of feeling is the guiding intelligence in the practice of pranayama.

It is a deep and felt listening. It requires us to be profoundly available for the moment to moment unfolding of life.

Paul has been my teacher for over 10 years, however for the past 3 years he has lived in the Phillipines which means I don't get to see him as often. So I am super excited that he is making the trip to Bendigo during his whistle stop visit to Melbourne.

Paul is an extraordinary teacher and has heavily influenced my teaching. He has been teaching for over 30 years and practicing for many more .

I highly recommend this workshop.
